Pancakes (Fluffy AF and Vegan)

What You Need:

  • 1 cup Plain Flour
  • 2 tbsp Raw Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup Oat Milk
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

How To Cook:

  • Combine Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder and Salt.
  • Add Oat Milk, Apple Cider Vinegar and Vanilla. Stir to.
  • Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and whisk until smooth.
  • Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
  • Cook on a nonstick pan over medium heat.
  • To with anything and everything!
