All of our products are shipped using Australia Post.

Standard Shipping is FREE for orders delivered within Australia when you spend $50 or more.

Standard Australian orders under $50 ship for a flat-rate cost of $10.00
If you require your order faster, I offer an upgrade to Express Shipping with a flat-rate cost of $15.00
Standard International Shipping to NEW ZEALAND and THE UNITED KINGDOM is FREE for orders over $100.

Flat Rate NEW ZEALAND Shipping (Express) - $20.00

Flat Rate UNITED KINGDOM Shipping (Standard) - $22.00

Currently, outside of Australia, I only ship to New Zealand and the United Kingdom. If your area is unavailable, please contact me via email so we can arrange it. I would love nothing more than for my products to be available to everyone.

Buyers would be responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please take into account the possibility of these charges prior to placing your order.

As I am a one Woman show, please allow up to 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS for order processing and dispatch.

OTHER AREAS - Please allow up to 5-6 BUSINESS days*
Express Post;

*CURRENTLY DUE TO COVID-19 -  Next day delivery is no longer guaranteed, as well as a longer time frame needs to be taken into account for some parcels. I follow QLD Office of Fair Trading Regulations in regards to Refunds and Returns.

Because of this, return/refunds are unavailable for change of mind.

Faulty Item:

If an item you have received is found to be faulty, please contact me at

You will be required to return the products in the same manner that you received them, using a trackable shipping method which will be provided by myself. Once I receive the faulty item, a return will be processed in the form of a refund or store credit equivalent to the price you were originally charged.

Damaged Item:

If an item arrives damaged, please notify me at

I will provide a replacement of the same or similar item. If a similar item is not available, we will provide one to equal value or a store credit.
