How To Use: Fill a heat proof bowl half way with hot water and stir in approx. 1-2 teaspoons of the Sinus Steam herbal blend (do not include Crystal.) Place your head over the bowl and wrap a towel around your shoulders, head and the bowl. Breathe in the steam and aroma for approx. 5-10 minutes.
HOT TIP: Place 1-2 teaspoons in an old stocking, reusable tea bag or muslin/cotton bag at the bottom of your hot shower and breath in the rising aromas.
